As the number of customers we service for gowns increases so do the number of alterations we do at our shop.  Many times we find that brides show up at fitting appointments with bras and merry widows purchased elsewhere which do not fit properly or did not work with their wedding gowns.  To help eliminate this we have expanded our selections to include several new products.

We have introduced a “BONELESS’’ bustier which offers a wonderful seamless look under our client’s bridal gowns.  It’s been very popular and gets rave reviews because it is so comfortable.  It also has the added benefit of increasing the bustline at least one size without the addition of padding or “cookies”  The smoothness of this product makes it work perfectl with many dresses where the boning on traditional bustiers seem too obvious.  We will be expanding the size range of this product.

Products from 32 to 46 and in larger cup sizes are available.  With the addition of a new plus-sizelineof beautiful gowns we are currently researching and will be adding a more extensive list of products as required to flatter all our customers

Even if your alterations are not being done at THE PROPER TOPPER we can properly fit your bustier and make any nesessary minor alterations including cup inserts to give you that "little extra." Bring your dress or a picture from a book so we know how low the back and neckline of your dress is and we'll offer suggestions and answer your questions to ensure to look your best on your special day.
